The Role The firm's Private Client Department is thriving and comprises a highly skilled Head of Department and an experienced associate solicitor. However, the growing workload means additional support is essential. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including: Drafting Wills Estate Administration Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) Some Trust work Advising on tax and estate planning The role offers the opportunity to work independently and manage their own caseload while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
The Ideal Candidate The firm is looking for a solicitor or legal executive with: Proven experience across all aspects of private client work The ability to handle their own caseload confidently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills A proactive and collaborative approach to work STEP membership (or progress towards accreditation) - desirable but not essential
