have strong concept experience in high-end hospitality projects. The successful Interior Design Director will be offered: 50,000 - 55,000 AED Career progression opportunities Top healthcare cover Assistance and help with relocation costs and arrangements including flights to Dubai Annual flights Potential help with schooling for family members Interior Design Director requirements: 10+ years’ experience as an Interior Designer Proficient in developing and visualizing design concepts using various tools and techniques Experience and knowledge of designing luxury / high-end hospitality projects Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing interior design teams. Strong understanding of luxury design principles and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Interior Design Director job responsibilities: Lead the interior design team in developing creative and innovative design concepts for luxury resorts and hotels in Dubai. Oversee the design process from concept development through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Provide design direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that all designs align with the project brief and brand standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of projects and ensure that design intent is being realized during the construction phase. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and integrate new design technologies and materials into project designs.
