As a Technical Writer at Play Digital, your primary role involves creating, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to Play Digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all product information, including user guides, online help systems, and technical specifications, are accurate, clear, and accessible. What You’ll Do

Develop, write, and edit various types of documentation such as user guides, online help, and product specifications for Play Digital products. Ensure that all documentation accurately reflects product updates and enhancements. Regularly update and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and usability for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers, developers, compliance and other stakeholders to document new procedures, features, and product enhancements. Analyze existing documentation to identify gaps and improvements, ensuring end-user documentation is clear and comprehensive. Enhance and curate the internal knowledge base to support effective information sharing across teams. Conduct interviews and gather information from various stakeholders to enrich documentation clarity and detail. Provide clerical and administrative support needed to streamline documentation processes. About You

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining independence. Proficiency in using content management systems, documentation, and knowledge base tools. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable. Experience working in software development or gaming industries is advantageous. What We’d Prefer

A bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field. Experience with design or documentation tools. Basic HTML and CSS experience. Math background helpful. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
