Job Summary As an Electrical Site Manager, you will oversee the delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve managing site operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. About the Company Our client is a leading Building Services and Maintenance contractor based in the North-West, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Works and Facilities Management Contracts. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and health and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress and address any issues to keep projects on track and within budget.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, schedules, and health and safety documentation.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety on-site.

Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field are advantageous.
