Direct message the job poster from White Label Cocktails We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Logistics and Warehouse Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing our logistics operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, you will lead and oversee the logistics team and warehouse, ensuring the seamless and cost-effective management of our full supply chain. As a producer of the country’s finest RTD cocktails for premium retail clients, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service. In this role, you will combine operational expertise with leadership skills, taking responsibility for both daily logistics activities and strategic improvements. This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to step in to cover team absences when required, ensuring high standards of service and reliability at all times. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop the logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee transport operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Collaborate closely with the Head of Supply Chain and other departments to optimise processes and drive efficiency. Monitor and maintain shipment and delivery records, ensuring 100% accuracy. Take ownership of stocktakes, ensuring thorough preparation and accurate inventory management. Evaluate and improve supply chain procedures, recommending and implementing changes to maximise efficiency. Handle all logistics-related paperwork and documentation. Identify and manage risks, taking proactive steps to resolve issues. Oversee the ordering and receipt of materials from internal and external suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality. About You: Proven experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment (essential). Background in FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing (highly desirable). Transport Manager with CPC qualification (highly desirable).

While we are not a transport company, we manage local transport between our buildings, and this knowledge would be an asset. Experience managing and leading teams, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics procedures and best practices. Forklift licence (preferred). Excellent numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-driven mindset. Outstanding time management and organisational abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and senior stakeholders. What We Offer: A full-time position, 40 hours per week, with shifts between 6:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will oversee logistics operations, which are primarily focused on the morning hours (6:00am – 2:00pm) Starting salary of £40,000 per year.
