We are delighted to partner with a leading Lloyd's Syndicate in their search for a Senior Operational Risk Analyst. This role involves working closely with the Head of Risk to support key initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in defining and executing a comprehensive Operational Risk Strategy for the UK and Europe, contributing to the delivery of the annual Operational Risk plan and supporting the activities of the Risk Management function, including thematic reviews on critical risk issues.
Maintain a well-defined Operational Risk Appetite framework for the UK and Europe, ensuring it is integrated into decision-making processes across the organisation.
Drive the development and continuous enhancement of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools across the UK and Europe.
Support the Board and management in identifying, monitoring, and managing business risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for UK and European legal entities.
