Production Supervisor - Recycling Facility
Location: WV10 Salary: £15 per hour Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (potentially until 10:00 PM during busy periods) Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (March to October)
We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a busy recycling facility specializing in the environmentally responsible disposal of fridges and freezers.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and oversee production processes using computer systems (95% of the role). Supervise and support the production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Assist with cleaning and resolving on-shift issues as needed (5% of the role).
Requirements: Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a production or recycling environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills. A hands-on, practical approach to managing teams and processes.
