Full design, develop, test, deploy and own. Key areas: People leadership and technical delivery. Skills required: Ability to inspire and lead very talented engineers to build amazing solutions (typically teams of 6-8 engineers). You will have a software engineering or data engineering background. Good practices. Proven experience in leading software teams (121s, PDPs, recruitment, training, etc).
