Role Overview As Client Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client acquisition strategies. This highly visible position offers an exceptional opportunity to shape business development initiatives within a forward-thinking legal environment, working alongside senior stakeholders to deliver strategic growth objectives. Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive client acquisition programmes across multiple practice areas, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives through market analysis and trend identification Manage complex tender and pitch processes, ensuring high-quality submissions Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels Oversee pipeline management and strategic decision-making processes Drive business growth through existing client base development and new client acquisition Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or client service roles, preferably within professional services Proven track record in B2B and B2C business development activities Demonstrated success in managing business pitches and tender submissions Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information confidently Strong analytical capabilities and independent decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience in professional services sector highly desirable Benefits
