located in Wandsworth. About the role The successful candidate will be required to provide key support services to front-line operational areas. You would be part of a team led by the Assistant Team Manager in the provision of a resilient administrative service. The post requires the successful candidate to work flexibly within the team, covering for colleagues as required. The role is varied and requires proven admin experience with excellent IT skills, including a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. The post holder will need to have a high level of communication skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to self-manage competing priorities daily. This can be a fast-paced role and can provide the right candidate with a fantastic opportunity to take on new skills, knowledge, and experiences which can help support further career progression. In this role you will be: Dealing with internal customers, by phone, email, and face-to-face, resolving queries at the first point of contact, where possible, including dealing with matters of a sensitive and confidential nature. Sending documents (letters, etc.) on behalf of colleagues via shared mailbox or system database. Meeting preparation, including booking rooms, inviting delegates, ordering refreshments, and preparing and distributing documentation. Producing a variety of high-quality documentation (advanced Word, Excel), accurately and to deadline. Providing support for Panel meetings, booking rooms, managing invitations via Outlook, and attendance rotas. Providing accurate and timely meeting notes/minutes and actions. Updating and maintaining databases accurately, collating statistical information and reports as directed, including social care databases. Undertaking daily administrative tasks, such as managing and delegating from a shared electronic mailbox, booking interpreters, translation, scanning, photocopying, and managing stationery supplies as required. Processing invoices, raising purchase orders, tracking receipts via the finance online system database, and dealing with queries.
