So, what's the gig?
Managing the performance of FM contracts across property maintenance, grounds and landscaping, cleaning and hygiene, etc.
Responding to complaints about service levels and taking a proactive approach to ensure they don't happen again.
Taking a high energy approach to the role, bringing your team along too, looking at ways to continuously improve the service.
Overseeing FM budgets and service charge budgets, SLAs for contracts, and regular supplier performance reviews.

Please note: This role involves travel! This is a multi-site organisation, so you will be out and about a couple of days per week, plus twice per month in Bradford and Peterborough offices.
The rest of the time you'll be working from home, with a great deal of flexibility around how you balance your working day e.g. start/finish times.
