Key Responsibilities : • Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and convert leads into instructions, leveraging your expertise in legal services and client relationship management. • Networking and Relationship Building: Actively network with industry professionals such as estate agents and brokers to establish and maintain referral client relationships. • Client Management: Oversee transactions once assigned to a solicitor, ensuring all client needs are met and that they are kept informed throughout the process. • Collaboration with Legal Team: Work closely with solicitors and other legal staff to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and transaction management. • Market Awareness: Keep abreast of market trends and developments within the property industry to identify new business opportunities. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, referrals, and transactions, and provide regular reports to the business development team and management.
Qualifications : • Studying or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field. • No previous experience required. • Strong networking skills with a track record of building productive relationships. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Knowledge of the legal aspects of property transactions is advantageous.
