EACH is a growing charity providing a range of specialist services to individuals and families affected by domestic violence, mental health and alcohol and substance misuse issues. Our success and services are driven and delivered by a diverse staff and volunteer team, who are as passionate and committed as we are to meeting the needs of our local communities. We are looking to expand our Senior Management Team so that we can build upon our work to make a difference to people’s lives to help them recover from the impact of mental health, trauma and domestic abuse. Duration: Permanent, subject to performance and continuous funding Location: Ealing with requirement to work from any of EACH’s locations and across the organisation Competitive salaries with opportunities for career growth. 25 days annual leave Plus statutory holidays with stepped increase in annual leave after year 2 to year 6 rising 1 day each year from 25 to 30 days in year 6. Annual leave is calculated on pro-rata basis for part time staff. Up to 5 days study leave after 1 year in service. Opportunities for continuous professional development. Ringfenced personal training budget. Flexible working hours subject to the needs of the service. Fully paid DBS check (Enhanced Level). Responsibilities:

Lead and co-ordinate specific contracts and services depending upon needs of the business, ensuring high standard of service delivery. Oversee performance of contracts and grants, including review and corrective actions. Provide management, supervision and support to diverse teams (including staff, facilitators, volunteers/trainees). Additional Responsibilities:
