Employee Benefits . The Property Services Team is responsible for managing the Council’s housing stock, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The successful candidate will manage and monitor compliance and ensure that the Council’s responsibilities and duties as a landlord and service provider are upheld in line with current and pending legislation. If you have experience in managing property compliance functions such as gas servicing, electrical installations, and building and property management, we would love to hear from you.
