We are looking for a

Senior ServiceNow Developer

to be responsible for driving change and enhancement within our ServiceNow platform, aligning our technology with the organisation's strategic goals to help boost our efficiency and effectiveness. You will identify and gather requirements for improvements to the platform and use your expertise to deliver these. You will be accountable for: Supporting IT Service teams with escalated incidents and requests. Gathering and analysing enhancement requirements, ensuring communication with the user(s). Designing, developing and maintaining new and existing features, enhancements, and modules for the ServiceNow platform. Implementing and monitoring enhancements, and the platform overall, ensuring that essential maintenance is communicated and completed. Creating and maintaining documentation. To be successful in this role you will require the following: Educated to degree level in any related field is desirable. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) desirable. Knowledge of Parcel Delivery industry is beneficial but not essential. A significant understanding of the ServiceNow platform from a development perspective. Significant experience of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Experience of delivering solutions within an agile environment. Experience of integrating systems, and the methods of doing so (REST, SOAP, JDBC, PowerShell). Why Work Here?
