As a Scrum Master, you'll join us in our journey to mature client engineering teams in their Agile principles, practices, and mindset to help teams deliver more effectively with a focus on customer centricity and business value. Your expertise in coaching & mentoring agile teams and passion for driving agile competencies within IT organizations will enable you to play an integral part in maturing the way AgiliTao delivers value to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Coach teams to adopt an agile mindset and become self-organizing. Lead workshops to guide teams through various topics such as Story/Feature Writing, Relative Estimation, Agile Fundamentals, Kanban, Scrum. Work with other Coaches and Scrum Masters with the intention of building out the coaching competency within AgiliTao. Assist with establishing Communities of Practice and developing a culture of Continuous Improvement across our product teams. Provide guidance on Agile ceremonies and events. Responsible for the day-to-day coaching needed to mature agile teams. Pair with change agents at AgiliTao and our clients to enable them to become true Agile champions and create sustaining Agile capabilities. What you will need:

Active

DV Clearance . A-CSM or equivalent higher level Scrum certification. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Value Stream Mapping, and OKRs. Knowledge of delivery and planning tools, particularly Jira and Confluence. Hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum events, such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Retrospectives. Effectively communicate and develop relationships. Be a strong and influential leader who collaborates naturally with others whatever their level in the organization. Demonstrate advanced problem solving skills to improve consistency in areas such as planning, estimating and delivery. This role is mostly on-site, with the potential for one or two days a week remote as and when the work allows.
