Quality Assurance Engineer / Quality Engineer
Our client, a global engineering company in Droitwich, is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer / Quality Engineer. The Role: Ensure quality and efficiency across the business. Assist with the management and improvement of the Quality Management System. Conduct performance assessments, manage non-conformance NCR, and quality escape management processes. Containment, root cause, corrective actions, 8Ds. Lead corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Create quality plans, support risk management. Requirements: Experienced Quality Engineer - essential. Significant experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment, ideally aerospace or automotive. Use quality tools; RCCA, 8D, 5Y, PFMEA. Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001, with experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 - advantageous. Qualified internal auditor certification (ISO 9001) - beneficial. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems. Bachelor's degree or HNC in engineering. Package: Salary to around £45K. 25 days holiday.
