About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their Construction team in the Scottish Water Region. Reporting directly to the M&E Manager/Lead Site Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in supervising and controlling all mechanical site activities. The goal? To deliver quality installations safely, efficiently, and on time.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting the Site Manager to maintain a safe working environment for all employees, supply chain partners, and visitors. Ensuring all relevant health, safety, and environmental documents are reviewed, up to date, and adhered to. Checking project documentation to ensure it adequately describes the work. Reviewing and commenting on Method Statements and Work Instructions as required by the Project Execution Plan. Supervising work to ensure compliance with approved methods and instructions. Recording progress on record drawings or other appropriate tools. Documenting non-conformance issues and improvement opportunities, agreeing on actions with the person in charge.

What Our Client is Looking For:

Knowledge & Experience:

Significant experience in the energy sector, with expertise in pipework fabrication, welding, and erection. Ability to identify and assess welding quality, and to punch and snag pipelines using Isometric, GA, and P&ID drawings. Education & Qualifications:

HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience via apprenticeship. SSSTS certification. CSCS card. First Aid certification.
