IT Support Engineer (Contract), required by a desirable organisation in the entertainment sector, paying up to £170pd and based in close proximity to Waterloo Station. They require a positive attitude and experience working on a service desk as you will need to hit the ground running. In this role the IT Support Engineer will support over 600 users, working alongside the company’s on-site engineer. You will be responsible for 1st/2nd line support, advanced troubleshooting and more. Candidates should have a solid knowledge of Microsoft and MAC systems but most importantly be adaptable and eager to learn. Responsibilities

BAU Support Act as the escalation point from 1st Line Support Re-Imaging Devices Administration within SharePoint Online, One Drive and Microsoft Teams Experience
