The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Quantity Surveying, particularly with a main contractor, and have comprehensive experience within the Build sector.

What you will need;
Proven experience in Quantity Surveying with a main contractor
Background in Build projects, financially delivering schemes into the millions
Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Experience in managing budgets and forecasting project costs
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field
Willingness to travel within West Yorkshire and the North West
