We’re seeking a dedicated EHS Manager to lead our safety and sustainability efforts across our Manufacturing operations. Job Summary: As the EHS Manager, you will be part of a national EH&S organisation and will oversee all environmental, health, and safety initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of safety, and driving sustainability programs. Reporting to the Head of Group EH&S, this role requires a dynamic and engaging EH&S professional to work with stakeholders at all levels to provide local EH&S leadership and expertise. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and standardise EHS policies and procedures across all facilities in conjunction with the Group Head of EH&S. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and be a visible presence across all areas of Manufacturing. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to drive continuous improvement and reduce incidents. Lead training programs to enhance safety awareness and emergency preparedness. Monitor environmental performance metrics and manage sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and energy efficiency programs. Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and lead inspections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into operational strategies. Leverage our newly implemented online EH&S Management System to improve engagement. Support the development of group-wide EH&S behaviours and culture change. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably across multiple sites. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OSHA). Proven ability to lead and influence teams at all organisational levels.
