Our client, a global Insurance company, is currently looking to hire a Finance Business Analyst with Business Integration experience to join the team on an Outside IR35 contract basis. The client is looking for a Finance Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting a key business integration. Responsibilities include analysing, providing insights, and developing strategies that facilitate the smooth merging of business entities. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops, interviews, and prototyping sessions to elicit business requirements. Perform analysis on different payment solutions. Perform analysis on alignment of finance business processes and change requirements ahead of business transfer. Work closely with technology and payment providers on solutions to meet business requirements and make recommendations. Manage the prioritisation with the business and solution providers in keeping with approved scope. Provide subject matter expertise across the Finance team to drive process alignment and identify business needs to ensure the smooth transfer of business between entities. Deliver process flows, procedure notes, and training to business users. Skills / Experience: Experience of working on business integration projects. Experience of Insurance Broking Accounting solutions and/or Finance transformations would be beneficial. Experience of different payment solutions and implementation of similar projects. Has worked through the whole life-cycle of a project from initiation through user acceptance testing and launch. High level of attention to detail when producing key project artefacts such as requirements documents, testing scripts, process flows, procedure notes, and acceptance criteria. Experience of performing and managing the system testing process. Can demonstrate superb communication skills including strong presentation skills and working with project teams. Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality business analysis within an agile environment and meet deadlines.
