We have a key opening available for a Stock Controller based at our Willenhall site; the purpose of this role is to ensure the quality of our steel and products meet the required standards. You will also aid in the efficiency and profitability of the business. Specific tasks could include:

Control the administration of the stock processes. Create and implement process documentation that is auditable to the latest ISO standards. Collate & inspect certification packs for outgoing materials as well as goods inwards. Establish good working relationships with relevant internal departments & sub-contractors. Manage customer returns/credits. Collate evidence and provide sufficient response to all customer requests regarding corrective/preventive actions. Undertake sufficient action to help maintain stock integrity, including physical auditing and records maintenance. Identify, support, and participate in process improvement projects. Support Business Improvement and Quality System activities/requirements. All About You

Good analytical, administration and IT skills, proficient in Microsoft & Word. Knowledge of document control systems. Experience of stock control systems. Motivation & drive to deliver and influence change. We offer you
