Estimator - Drylining Contractor
Location: Luton
Salary: Up to £70k plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, leisure, and healthcare sectors. Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of works to prepare tender submissions. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing and ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimate. Provide cost analysis and value engineering options to clients. Work closely with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project requirements and budgets. Assist in the preparation of bids, tenders, and quotations. Ensure timely submission of tenders and updates to clients on pricing and progress. Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as an Estimator in the drylining, ceilings, partitions, etc. Strong knowledge of drylining systems and materials. Ability to work with tender documents, drawings, and project specifications. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in estimating projects ranging from £50k to £12m. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Join Us?
