Electrical Contracts Manager - Scotland
This is an outstanding opportunity for an Electrical Contracts Manager with strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness to advance their career. As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will collaborate closely with project managers and contracts managers from the UK's top 10 construction companies. Your role will involve a 50/50 split between office-based duties and on-site management, overseeing projects valued between £100k and £1 million. Effective management of labour and materials is essential to succeed, handling a variety of small to large-scale commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage electricians, mates, and improvers while ensuring proper allocation of resources. Oversee spending, ensuring projects remain on budget. Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution. Benefit from excellent progression opportunities. Split time between the office (near Glasgow) and sites across Scotland. Requirements:
Must be a JIB-qualified electrician or manager. Expertise in SWA, lighting, and containment work within commercial or utilities projects. Strong commercial site experience. Must be based within a commutable distance of Glasgow. Package:
