Project Manager - Heavy Civils (RC Frame) - Midlands Region (Long-Term Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead heavy civils projects across the Midlands region. The duration of the works is expected to range from 55 weeks to 2 years. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a Project Manager experienced in reinforced concrete (RC) frame and heavy civils projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Setup:

Manage the setup of construction sites, ensuring that all facilities are established and ready for operations. Drainage and Ducting:

Oversee the installation of drainage systems and ducting as part of site preparation and infrastructure works. FRC Concrete Bases and Tanks:

Manage the construction of FRC concrete bases and tanks, ensuring that works are carried out to the highest quality standards. Temporary Works:

Coordinate and manage all temporary works, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Project Coordination:

Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Health & Safety:

Uphold and manage all aspects of Health & Safety (H&S) on site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Contract Management:

Administer NEC contracts, including issuing Early Warning Notices (EWNs) and Technical Queries (TQs). Progress Reporting:

Provide regular updates to clients and senior stakeholders, including weekly progress reports and monthly CVRs.

Essential Requirements: Black CSCS Card: A senior-level card to demonstrate site management experience. Appointed Person (AP) Ticket: Required for managing lifting operations on-site. Heavy Civils Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale heavy civils projects, particularly RC frame construction. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, meet deadlines, and deliver projects within budget. Contract Knowledge: Familiarity with NEC contracts and construction planning is essential.
