Our client, a privately owned company based in Manningtree is now hiring for a temporary Operations Support Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure operational efficiency. Administer governance systems, ensuring compliance with all processes. Collate and update data from weekly/monthly reports and audits. Prepare purchase and work orders, coordinate with Engineers and Suppliers. Review and manage open work orders, ensuring timely closure. Maintain records for calibrated machines across locations. Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls, ensuring effective communication. Organise courier bookings nationally and internationally. Promote quality management and comply with Health & Safety policies.

Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Proficient in database management, Word, and Excel. Adaptability to learn in-house IT systems. Organised with exceptional time management skills. Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working without supervision.
