TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in the Milton Keynes area. They are looking for experienced Multi traders to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.
MAIN DUTIES
Using a handheld device, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote. Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests. Various domestic maintenance tasks - General property maintenance. Responsive maintenance & void property maintenance. To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards. Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and/or Supervisor.
HOURS
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
PAY
£180 Per day (CIS). Van and tools required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
NVQ trade qualification(s) Multi trade experience Full current driving licence. A DBS check is required before commencement of role.
