Business Development Manager
field-based covering the south region, you will need to drive and be comfortable with regular travel to visit customers on sites. You will be responsible for:
Growing sales of stainless steel cable cleat sales in the South region through the contractor network base as well as through the specification channels. Providing expert consultancy, managing client expectations throughout the execution of various projects, both new and existing. Working closely with the production manager, our internal commercial teams, sales managers, and customer base to create a technical solution, whether it be for the supply of materials from our operating facility in Wrexham, through to a full turnkey commercial development. Identifying, developing, and implementing sector-specific sales strategies in cooperation with members of the sales team and in line with the UK strategic business plan. Liaising with the internal sales team as well as the production manager and operations team, ensuring drawings and technical information are up-to-date and accurate while maintaining an accurate project funnel. Business Development experience preferably within Wholesale, Distribution, or Manufacturing. Full product training will be given on product knowledge if necessary. Excellent communication & relationship-building skills. Problem solver, engaging, team player with a planned, organized approach.
