Loom Talent is on the hunt for an experienced Warehouse Facilities and Maintenance Team Manager to join a leading 3PL operation in South Yorkshire. This pivotal role will oversee the operations in a warehouse distribution centre, part of a well-established 3PL provider dedicated to revolutionising the logistics and supply chain industry. Role Responsibilities Maintenance Leadership: Oversee the smooth operation of all warehouse & site related maintenance, focusing on both mechanical and electrical systems to ensure peak efficiency. Facilities Management: Lead the overall site agenda for facilities management whilst developing and coordinating sub-contractors. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Strategic Planning: Actively contribute to long-term strategic planning for facility maintenance and development, aligning with the company's growth objectives while considering key periods of trading (i.e., Christmas Peak). Team Management: Grow into a people management role of 1-2 maintenance and facilities-related colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Warehouse Expertise: Bring your knowledge of warehouse automation to the table, playing a crucial role in maintaining and upgrading our semi-automated infrastructure. Candidate Experience A proven background of 5+ years as a Warehouse Facilities and Maintenance Team Manager, ideally within a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment -

Essential. Mechanical and electrical engineering experience -

Highly desirable. Relevant qualifications in engineering, facilities management, or a related field -

Advantageous. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Knowledge of warehouse automation -
