Scheme Manager - Housing £12 per hour Birstall, Leicester Permanent, Full Time Our client is on a mission to deliver homes that make a difference. As a fresh and forward-focused social housing provider, they prioritise tenant safety, sustainability, and smart property investment. In their Scheme Manager role, you’ll be managing the Scheme efficiently, ensuring residents’ welfare, safety, and comfort whilst fostering a sense of community. The role involves overseeing daily operations, monitoring contracted services, addressing housing and maintenance issues, and supporting residents in settling into their homes. Location: Birstall, Leicester

Salary: £12 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (Monday - Friday)

Snapshot of your role This is what your day will look like as their Scheme Manager: Manage the scheme in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that a safe, secure, well-kept and pleasant environment is maintained.

Oversee the welfare of our residents that will enable them to live independently, whilst also providing a calm and attentive response in the event of an emergency.

Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues.

Engaging residents and developing a tight-knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities.

Promote good communication between residents and their families, the Group and their approved service providers.

Your toolkit for success To thrive in their Scheme Manager role, you’ll need: Customer-focused background with the ability to actively listen to customers and seek win/win solutions.

High level of commitment to providing efficient and caring services to their Amplius customers.

Basic digital skills (Microsoft Office etc).

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written communication) and the ability to negotiate and influence where appropriate.

Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit their customers.
