Salary: GBP70000 - GBP85000 per annum + 15% bonus Goodman Masson are working with an Insurer looking to hire a TP Manager into their Fully Remote Tax team. Responsibilities:
Acting as the primary contact for all transfer pricing matters, collaborating with finance, treasury, and legal teams from international business units to identify potential risks and ensuring compliance with the company’s transfer pricing guidelines. Addressing tax-related risks linked to the company’s growing international presence and recent acquisitions, with a focus on permanent establishments and global secondments. Collaborating with business stakeholders to manage intercompany transactions and find solutions. Offering support and training to local teams while reviewing local transfer pricing documentation. Analyzing transfer pricing calculations and ensuring appropriate legal agreements are in place for documentation and audit purposes. Coordinating with external tax advisors to ensure consistent and reliable transfer pricing advice is provided, aligned with the company’s risk approach. Preparing global master files, local documentation, and reports for regulatory compliance. Designing and implementing tools for streamlining and automating transfer pricing processes. Staying updated on changes in global tax laws and assessing their potential impact on the company. Providing additional support to the Head of International and M&A Tax on ad-hoc projects.
