Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity A prominent and highly regarded Commercial Litigation team in Manchester is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their growing practice. Renowned for handling high-value, complex disputes for a diverse client base, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading litigators in a dynamic and supportive environment. The team, led by expert practitioners, covers a broad spectrum of disputes, providing a varied and challenging caseload. You will have the autonomy to manage your own matters while contributing to significant cases handled by the department’s senior team. What You’ll Be Doing Your role will encompass a broad range of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution matters, including: Shareholder and company disputes Banking and finance litigation Intellectual property disputes Injunctions and ADR Media and reputation management Debt recovery and sports disputes You will: Manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy. Work collaboratively with the team to support high-value and complex disputes. Engage with clients to provide commercially sound advice tailored to their needs. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 3+ years PQE

in Commercial Litigation. A strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and Solicitors Accounts Rules. Proven experience managing county and high court litigation. Expertise in company, commercial, and contractual disputes. Exceptional client relationship skills with a commercial outlook. Confidence in time recording, billing, and cost recovery.
