The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning and managing Aristocrat’s Class III Slot product portfolio in the EMEA and LATAM regions. This position has direct accountability for execution of new product/market initiatives related to the division’s strategic goals. This role will lead new product/market evaluation, assessing product feasibility and commercial viability, and executing a commercial strategy to capitalize on market opportunities that grow revenue, share, and profits. What You'll Do

Implement a clear product vision and strategy that helps drive the Aristocrat Class III slot product portfolio and support the EMEA and LATAM business goals. Responsible for developing, defining, and overseeing the product roadmap and managing it efficiently to deliver products on time. Work closely with the game development studios to design the best games and provide input on future games, owning the GPAs (Game Product Agreements). Track product launches, install base, risks, and new growth opportunities. Collaborate with the Sales team to pitch new product ideas to customers. Proactively identify opportunities and risks to the product based on KPI trends and develop execution plans. Ability to synthesize game content, mechanics, and key details into a format that is meant to educate and excite internal and external stakeholders on Aristocrat games. Provide direction for GTM and Product Growth efforts for new game releases. Own tradeshow planning process including determining game mix, alignment with operations and technical teams. Provide actionable recommendations for the Sales team on commercial strategy and objectives. Ensure a clear and accurate understanding of compliance and/or regulatory/legal changes. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage conflicting schedules and competing priorities. Develop and implement best practice methodologies to improve the effectiveness of the EMEA & LATAM product teams. What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Requires 8-10 yrs. of experience in a slot machine (EGM) focused role. Based in Barcelona, Spain, or London, England. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong verbal and writing skills are an important part of this job function. Other European languages a plus. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Strong skills in the Microsoft D365 Suite; particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Have a love for games, people, and entertainment.
