My Client is currently seeking a skilled Database and Power Platform Developer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the administration, development, and enhancement of SQL Server databases and Power Platform applications, driving impactful solutions across their organization.
Role Overview:
The Database and Power Platform Developer will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and securing SQL Server databases, alongside developing and supporting business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Collaboration with internal stakeholders is key to understanding requirements and delivering efficient solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Database Administration:
Manage SQL Server databases to ensure security, integrity, and performance. Conduct regular backups and recovery procedures. Monitor and optimize database performance.
Power Platform Development:
Develop and support Power Platform-based solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
Collaboration and Communication:
Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business processes. Participate in meetings to align technical solutions with business requirements. Provide technical support and document developed solutions.
Requirements: Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL Server database administration and development. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Knowledge of integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
Professional Experience:
Certified as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) or equivalent experience. Ability to analyze and document business requirements effectively.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across various stakeholders.
