7 high-quality houses , requiring a hands-on leader with a proven track record in residential construction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the smooth progress of the project. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively. Enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site. Monitor budgets, schedules, and milestones to ensure the project stays on track. Deliver the project to the highest quality standards, meeting deadlines and client expectations. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you
must : Have
relevant experience
managing residential construction projects. Hold all necessary certifications, including:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
card First Aid Certification
Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Be proactive in problem-solving and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
