The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supervising staff to maintain a productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage resources while fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and safely.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar environment.
Previous experience with fit-out jobs/refurbishments.
Minimum Requirements
SMSTS, CSCS required
First Aid certification
