Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop comprehensive design plans. Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. Mentor and guide junior staff members in design and engineering best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in M&E design. Key Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field. Proven experience in M&E design and project management. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Professional certification (e.g., CEng, IEng) would be an advantage.
