We're here to help brands Shape What Britain Buys. We’re looking for a Media Transformation Manager who expects more from their career. You’ll focus on delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that are key to the success of our long term strategy. From digital transformation to operational excellence you’ll implement measurable, sustainable solutions driving value and our ability to scale. What you’ll be working on Manage the scoping, mobilisation, execution and benefit realisation of transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain key documentation: briefs, PIDs, project / programme plans, and other required artifacts. Ensure scope, budget and timelines are managed appropriately. Manage key external and internal dependencies – removing any silos between delivery teams. Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the impact of transformation initiatives. Regularly communicate progress, blockers and performance to all relevant stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between leadership and delivery teams, ensuring transparent communication, on-going alignment and facilitating a timely resolution of blockers and swift decisions. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, unblocking delivery and ensuring compliance. What we expect from you Proven successful track record in programme and project management, ideally within matrixed teams. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead conversations with senior leadership. Experience working with project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Jira, Asana or similar. Experience or knowledge of the advertising and media agency landscape highly preferred. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Certification in Project Management (e.g. Prince2, Project Management Professional (PMP), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Certified Scrum Master, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Operations, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
