Job Overview: We are seeking two experienced Site Managers with a background in the civil and utility sectors. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage on-site operations to ensure timely project completion.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations (HASAWA, NRSWA, C.O.S.H.H.).
* Conduct regular site inspections and report findings.
* Oversee resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in site management within the civil/utilities sector.
* Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and CDM requirements.
* Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel and stay away as required.
* Valid UK driving license
