About the Role As a Compliance Officer, you will report to the Compliance Manager for our Roof and Facades product lines. This is a varied role where you will ensure our business operations, practices, and products are in full compliance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and emerging best practices, particularly the Code for Construction Product Information. You will support and lead a range of activities including process adherence, training, monitoring, and auditing. You will also be responsible for coordinating and leading industry verifications and re-assessments. This will involve a range of duties, which include: Developing compliance checklists and protocols Supporting our Quality Assurance at our factories to ensure our roofing and facades products meet regulatory guidelines Supporting our customers and commercial teams on best practices for the installation, maintenance, and disposal of our products Ensuring our stakeholders have full transparency of verified product performance and regulatory requirements The role will involve regular travel across the UK & Ireland region; therefore, a company car or car allowance is provided. Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday About You You will be an experienced compliance professional who has supported businesses in the interpretation and application of regulatory guidelines and frameworks. Experience in a manufacturing setting would be advantageous, or at least exposure to applying regulatory rules to products rather than services. The position requires excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. You will have confidence working with internal and external stakeholders, creating and managing compliance checklists, and presenting information to suit various audiences. You will also have: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organisational and planning skills Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility for regular travel A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with regulatory changes Experience with identifying training needs/competency gaps Experience with construction products in a sales/technical role Previous experience within a third-party verification role About our Benefits Annual salary up to £38,000 (depending on experience) Annual bonus potential of up to 6% Professional growth, training, and opportunities to hone your skills and knowledge Ability to purchase additional holidays Company Pension SIP – ability to become a shareholder via our Share Scheme Life Assurance Flexible benefits offering (including health, wellbeing, and money saving opportunities) So what are you waiting for?
