Water Design Manager
Location: Falmer, Brighton
Salary: Up to £68,000 per annum depending on experience + car allowance

Are you a Design Manager or Senior/Principal Design Engineer with experience in the Water or Wastewater sectors looking for an exciting new challenge?
I'm working on behalf of a reputable design & build contractor attached to the Southern Water framework who is looking for a Design Manager to lead a team of Design Engineers of various disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineers.
My client has landed a 7-year agreement with Southern Water, so this is a permanent role.
About the role:
Your role will involve overseeing design consultants, implementing design quality procedures and seeking opportunities to enhance affordability and value throughout the design process.
This would be a great opportunity for you if you are currently a Design Manager in the UK Water sector, or if you are a MEICA/Civil Design Engineer looking for a step up into a management role.
This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between my client's office in Falmer (Brighton) for 2-3 days per week and your home.
My client offers a competitive benefits package and the choice of a car or car allowance.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience as a Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Design Manager or Engineer in the UK Water or Wastewater sectors.
