1 x Permanent Contract and 1 x FTC for 12 months About the Role: An experienced and professional Personal Assistant, you will join the Directorate support team within the Business Support Service to provide exceptional service. You will be a creative thinker who can use your knowledge, judgement, and initiative to ensure that Directors' diaries and inboxes are managed in the most effective and efficient way. Enabling Chief Officers to focus on delivering their strategic objectives, you will work closely with other Personal Assistants to ensure that departmental business is monitored and tracked. To succeed, you will need to work closely with Chief Officers, Elected Members, and a diverse range of internal and external customers. Responsibilities: - Manage diaries and inboxes of more than one Chief Officer. - Provide professional and accurate meeting support to Cabinet Member and Departmental Management team meetings. - Maintain the highest levels of customer service and represent Chief Officers positively and professionally. About You: You will have a Personal Assistant background and substantial experience of providing quality PA support at a senior management level. You will be able to work well as part of a team and thrive in an empowered environment. You will have an exceptional eye for detail, sound judgement, and initiative to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities. Experience in developing good relationships with a range of staff and customers, including Elected Members, is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to see things from others' viewpoints are crucial. Closing Date:
