We are seeking an injection moulding engineer ready for a new opportunity. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional interested in transitioning to an office-based position as a Technical Sales Engineer.
Our client operates in a niche market and therefore to be considered, candidates MUST have knowledge of the injection moulding process, ideally structural foam moulding, and reaction injection moulding.

Responsibilities:
Define and outline detailed tool specifications and seek quotations from toolmakers.
Prepare and present comprehensive quotations to customers.
Oversee the manufacture of tooling for successful quotations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Manage the introduction of new business, ensuring a smooth transition from initial quotation to full production, while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Provide technical support to the mould shop, offering expertise on processing, tooling and materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
Understanding of injection moulding process.
Knowledge of engineering structural foam moulding and reaction injection moulding.
In-depth knowledge of plastic fabrication process may also be considered.
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
