International FTL Operator – Dover Competitive salary - £28,000 - 45,000 Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or out-of-hours coverage. Opportunities to grow within a leading logistics company. As the ideal candidate, you will manage the planning and coordination of FTL operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective deliveries that meet client needs. Your ability to communicate effectively, maintain strong relationships, and oversee vehicle schedules will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Plan vehicle schedules, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency. Manage Profit & Loss for your area. Coordinate collections and deliveries, maintaining excellent communication with customers, subcontractors, and drivers. Handle administration, maintain accurate records, and ensure processes are followed. Cover Groupage operations during weekends or out-of-hours as required. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding. Knowledge of fleet and driver management, scheduling/planning, WTD, and tachographs.
