Advancing People are working closely with an established property business who are looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate to join their experienced team as a Land & Development Surveyor, based in Bedford.
This rarely available long term career opportunity will offer huge variety and scope to be involved with a large area of land and property development opportunity across the region.
Consulting with land and property owners, you will be looking to work closely with clients, developers, and planners to maximise the chance of planning being granted for developments, whilst maximising the value of the ultimate sale.
This is not a traditional Surveying role but much more of a consultative sales-focused bias, starting with initial consultation liaison with clients, planning departments, and developers, through to completion.
A confident and outgoing personality is key - with the ability to speak to clients at all levels.
Minimum Requirements:

You could be coming fresh from studying as a graduate or may have some work experience in addition, within Land and Property. Our client is offering the opportunity to be
