You will be responsible for identifying and developing high-quality manuscripts for a general audience, working towards acquisition and income targets. In this role, you will also be managing author relations to ensure clear communication and expectations, collaborating with agents, authors, and international counterparts, conducting thorough structural and line editing, and working with sales, marketing, and publicity teams to develop acquisition pitch plans.
