As the Deputy Manager, you will ensure the level of care provided goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This will include providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
This care home is registered for general nursing residents. The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will have access to clear and structured development programmes with clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
