£83.50 - £90 per day (subject to experience) Start Date:

ASAP As a Youth Behaviour Mentor, you will work with young learners in a Primary school with Year 5 children who portray nonconforming behaviour that needs specialist adult intervention. You will implement specific strategies, provide emotional support, and promote positive habits that will improve their overall well-being and social interactions with their peers. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate excellent behavioural management skills. Commit to improving the life of challenging young individuals. Adapt approaches and strategies to meet the specific needs of individuals. Utilize relevant experience with difficult behaviour, mental health issues, or SEN children.
