Service Desk Analyst Roles in Liverpool
Are you currently working on a service desk and looking to join a company that offers training, development, and progression? Then this is the job for you. Due to internal promotions, our client is looking to add to their service desk team. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be based in the Liverpool office, working for a leading delivery and logistics provider. You will be working on a service desk of 7 alongside other analysts fixing IT issues from internal colleagues and customers to ensure the business can run smoothly. You will be working in a busy office environment and will have to be customer-focused and able to manage customer expectations. If you have hands-on experience in a service desk environment, then this could be the opportunity for you. We’re after someone who has experience working in this environment and can come and hit the ground running. It is important that you have the right attitude and are willing to learn whatever you don’t know. For 2nd Line, ideally, you’ll have experience working on a service desk in an ITIL environment, hands-on with Citrix, AD, and MS Office + Exchange. Both roles are fully on-site. Seniority Level
